Investing in Early Childhood Education: A Pillar for the Future of Kabylia
Education is the foundation on which any project of sustainable development and prosperity is based. Investing in education from early childhood means offering each child in Kabylia the opportunity to realize their full potential, to fully exploit their intellectual, emotional and social abilities, and to succeed in their future. This strategic choice is one of the best investments for the future of Kabylia.
The Kabylian government in exile, aware of the importance of this mission, will allocate a significant part of the national budget to the various educational sectors, including early childhood education, vocational training, higher education and research. This vast effort is part of an ambitious vision to build an educated, modern, innovative and prosperous Kabylian society.
Children’s Hives: Structures Dedicated to Early Development
To meet specific needs of early childhood, “Children’s Beehives” will be set up. These structures, although not mandatory, will be highly recommended and accessible to all Kabylian families. They will offer a stimulating educational environment, specially designed to introduce children under five years of age to a structured and adapted education. These centers will also play a crucial role in the early detection of learning disabilities or disabilities, enabling rapid and appropriate intervention. In addition to promoting awakening and development, the proposed activities will include learning Kabylian phonetics, structuring language, recognizing geometric shapes and physical objects, as well as developing intellectual curiosity.
The educational approach of these centers will be based on the balanced development of the six essential dimensions: affective, physical, motor, social, linguistic and cognitive. The goal is to create a solid foundation for the overall development of each child, by socializing them and preparing them optimally for their future schooling.
An Egalitarian and Inclusive Education
One of the guiding principles of Anavad’s educational policy is to ensure equal opportunities for all children in Kabylia. Each child will have a place in a Kabylian school adapted to their needs, benefiting from all the necessary means to succeed. The Kabylian school, inspired by the best international models, will have to fulfill essential functions: educate, instruct, train, socialize, protect and emancipate students. It will ensure that they are kept away from any form of ideological indoctrination, while raising them with respect for the human and sociocultural values of Kabylia.
A Model of Educational Excellence
Kabylian schools will be places of personal and intellectual development. Their purpose will be to prepare children to become wise, lucid, autonomous, creative, responsible citizens and able to contribute positively and actively to society. The goal is to qualify and perfect them for successful professional careers, while offering them the tools necessary to succeed on a personal level.
Educational infrastructures must reflect this commitment: modern buildings, quality equipment, secure environments adapted to the needs of children. They will also have to integrate spaces dedicated to science, arts, sport and new technologies, thus offering a framework conducive to creativity and innovation.
A Future Built on Education
Education is key to the emancipation and development of Kabylia. The Kabylian Government in Exile (GKE) and the Kabylian Self-Determination Movement (MAK) place education at the heart of their priorities, considering it an essential lever for building a free, enlightened and prosperous society.
By investing massively in education from early childhood, Kabylia is laying the foundations of a future-oriented society, where each child will have the means to fully flourish and contribute to the influence of his country.
